Privacy Policy

Bravo for Industrial Development & Investment operates Bravo ERP Backup as an internal tool for authorized administrators. This policy explains how it uses the Google Drive account that an administrator authorizes.

Access and purpose

The tool uses Google Drive drive.file permission to create and manage its backup folder and files, upload encrypted files, and download or delete files it created. It does not use this permission to read unrelated Google Drive files. The authorization credentials needed for these operations are kept in its server configuration for authorized administrators.

Stored data

Backup content and file names are encrypted on Bravo’s server before upload. Google Drive can still process storage metadata, including file size, upload time, and the parent folder. An authorized administrator with the encryption credentials can download and decrypt a backup for restoration.

Testing and retention

At present, this connection is being tested using a non-sensitive file; it is not uploading the production ERP database. The test file remains in the authorized Google Drive account until an administrator removes it. Before production backups are enabled, Bravo will establish and publish a specific retention and deletion schedule and update this policy to describe the production workflow.

Use and sharing

Bravo uses Google Drive access and files only to operate and verify its backup and restoration process. Bravo does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Access to the backup process is limited to authorized administrators. Google provides the Drive storage service under its own terms and privacy practices.

Control and deletion

The Google account holder can revoke the tool’s access in their Google Account settings. Revocation stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically remove files already stored in Google Drive. An authorized administrator can request removal of the tool’s stored files by contacting us.
