Bravo ERP Backup is an internal tool operated by Bravo for Industrial Development & Investment. Only administrators authorized by Bravo may configure the tool, connect a Google account, upload backup files, or restore and delete stored files. The tool is not offered as a public service.

Google Drive authorization

By authorizing the tool, the Google account holder permits it to create and manage Google Drive files and folders covered by the requested drive.file permission. The authorization can be revoked through Google Account settings. Revocation stops future operations through that authorization but does not itself delete files already stored in Google Drive.

Administrator responsibilities

Authorized administrators are responsible for protecting the Google account, the server configuration, and the encryption credentials needed for restoration. Production database backups may be enabled only after Bravo completes its separate security review and restoration test.

Current status and changes

The tool currently operates with a non-sensitive test file. Its production backup schedule and retention rules will be documented before production use begins. These terms may be updated when the tool’s operation changes.
